The Dream Haus, Kiefholzstrasse 2, Building 2, 1.o.G., Berlin, Berlin, 12435, Germany.

Our 50-hour immersive journey is designed to transform how we relate to our selves and others, inspiring open-heartedness, compassion and kindness as a radical new way of being.

Compassion-based meditation practices foster qualities of kindness, generosity, equanimity, and joy, toward ourselves and others. Compassion has been found to have a number of benefits for our physiological health, including influencing genetic expression, mental health, and emotion regulation, and in improving interpersonal and social relationships.

In a time where competition, comparison and isolation are prevalent, compassion and self-compassion practices offer us practical tools for encountering ourselves and others with kindness.

This immersive training is open to anyone genuinely interested in learning more about Mindful Self-Compassion and Compassion practices in a secular setting. Our certificate draws from mindfulness-based self-compassion while touching on the rich theory, philosophy and history of compassion in the wisdom traditions. It will equip you with essential skills to integrate compassion-based meditation practices into your life and work.
