This 2-day hands-on program will provide an overview of the basic hand surgery inclusive of lectures, videos, case based discussion and hands on practical. Online resources will be made available for pre-reading. There will be ten stations with fresh frozen cadaveric specimens. Two medical participants per station. Nursing staff to provide assistance and perform wound closure. Each station is equipped with basic surgical instruments and two sets of 3 piece micro-instruments. Loupes will be provided with a head light source ( full paying participants will receive these as complimentary items).
All doctors will be required to have attended Basic surgery course. All nurses will be required to have exposure to hand surgery cases.

Format
This workshop will be conducted based on the flipped classroom concept. All lectures are available online and participants are expected to read and watch all videos as per the modules on hand surgery. During the workshop hands on skill will be performed by the participants with immediate feedback and practice.
