From Kemetic To Tantric: Becoming Goddesses and Gods
In this workshop participants will learn the principles of balancing and centering male and female energy. We will explore the metaphysics of the ancient Kemetic systems of Deities and how to apply these principles to ourselves.
Participants will learn to create flow sequences of movements and postures that were created and practiced exclusively in ancient Kemet and performed by the Goddesses and Gods.
Understanding Stress Management for Health, Wellness and Spiritual Development
Participants will learn the fundamentals of stress and how to manage it. We will explore the physiology and psychology of stress, the social and cultural aspects from the perspective of oppression, the importance of nutrition and lifestyle.
Workshops are suitable for all the family.
