RTAG will be hosting National Convention in Fort Worth again in the fall of 2024. Texas is home to 15 military bases, an easily accessible airport and a strong aviation community, making it the perfect spot to celebrate and strengthen the continued growth of this industry. The RTAG Convention will be the last major event for 2024 and will provide civilian recruiters, military representatives, vendors, flight schools, and related sponsors the best convention value possible.

Timeline

15 May

Freeman Web Portal opens for ordering and shipping

30 June

Early registration pricing ends

4 OCT: Friday

1-5pm Load in and setup

5 OCT: Saturday

6-8:30am: Final setup.  (This must be complete by 8:30)

9am: Opening Ceremony

9-5pm:  Convention open

6:30pm: party and awards gala

6 OCT: Sunday

9am-5pm:  Convention open

5pm-6pm: Breakdown

 

Shipping/Power/Floor options

We are working with a third-party company named Freeman that will handle the shipping of booth setup items you may need.  They will also handle power requests, extra booth chairs, and flooring options if you would like. Please note that there is limited room in the 10x10 booths so please limit extra chairs to 3 at most.

 Booth standards

Included in the standard booth setup are Pipe and Drape, Table with black skirting, and 2 chairs.  Additional items can be requested through Freeman.  Any outside items must be coordinated through Freeman.

Floor Layout

This is a question that we get often.  Those that are RTAG alums know that we design and set the layout ourselves to maximize the space and ease of movement for our Veterans, and to provide the best layout we can.  We do not release the floorplan until very close to the convention.
