July 29 - August 2
- Main Focus: Full range of advanced goaltending instruction for Elite level goaltenders (Midget AAA Major, Jr, College and Pro) looking to take their game to the next level on and off the ice.
Ice Times: 11-1pm and 3-4pm
Camp Details:
- 14 hours of ice time
- Dry land training at Ethos Training Center
- 4 hours of classroom time with a Sports Psychologist
Your daily schedule:
9-10:00am Workout (Etho’s - formerly known as Barwis Methods) - 44191 Plymouth Oaks Blvd, Plymouth, MI 48170
11:00 - 1:00pm On Ice #1 (on ice situation drills)
1-1:30pm: Catered Lunch
1:30 - 2:30pm - Classroom With Sports Psychologist
3-4pm: On Ice Session #2 (crease management, tactical work, edge work and puck handling)
**Camp ends on Friday at 1pm after 1st ice session**
