- Main Focus: Full range of advanced goaltending instruction for Elite level goaltenders (high end tier 2 and AAA goalies) looking to take their game to the next level on and off the ice.
Ice Times: 11-1pm and 3-4pm
Camp Details:
- 14 hours of ice time
- Dry land training at Ethos Training Center
- 4 hours of classroom time with a Sports Psychologist
Your daily schedule:
9-10:00am Workout (Etho’s - formerly known as Barwis Methods) - 44191 Plymouth Oaks Blvd, Plymouth, MI 48170
11:00 - 1:00pm On Ice #1 (on ice situation drills)
1-1:30pm: Catered Lunch
1:30 - 2:30pm - Classroom With Sports Psychologist
3-4pm: On Ice Session #2 (crease management, tactical work, edge work and puck handling)
**Camp ends on Friday at 1pm after 1st ice session**
