Welcome to the online registration page for the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Northwestern Lieutenancy!

 

This year's meeting is being hosted by the Portland Council and being held at The Hilton Vancouver Hotel in beautiful Vancouver, Washington! (Just across the river from Portland, Oregon)

 

Please use this website to select, confirm registration options, and submit payment for your Annual Meeting attendance.

Please read ALL the information below before proceeding to register! The description of each registration option listed below shows what each option does, and does not, include. Please scroll down to the end of each registration page to ensure you don't miss anything.

 

NOTE: Hotel Reservations and payment are not included with this online event registration. Hotel reservations must be made separately with the hotel using the information on the Lieutenancy Annual Meeting webpage.

The printable full registration packet includes all the information and extra forms you will need to plan for attending the meeting including the weekend schedule and forms for optional services such as Tuxedo Rentals and Professional Photography.

 

Online registration runs from May 15th, 2024 until midnight September 4th, 2024. Late registrations will not be accepted online - please plan accordingly and direct any questions to Dame Jane Milton, DHS at (503) 317-2215.

 

For your convenience, this registration portal accepts online payments using credit cards / debit cards / and a mail-in check payment option.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations with full refund are allowed through this portal until Sept. 5th, 2024. See Refund policy note at the bottom of Page 1 of the full registration packet.

Beginning Sept. 5, 2024, all cancellations and refund requests will be need to be processed offline by contacting the registration coordinator, Dame Jane Milton.
