Program sign up for new Jack and Jill families only. You may only register your own child(ren).
To complete registration for your child, you must also hand in the paper registration form, $50 registration fee (per child/per program) and first month's tuition (per child/per program) - please note both are non-refundable - to the office by Friday, March 24th. This may be mailed into the school (280 Hillcrest Road, Lebanon, PA 17042) or dropped off at the school during business hours.
