Nelson Rodriguez Mr. Nelson Rodriguez has over 20 years of consulting experience, including regulatory IT and operational risk assessments, audits, and data governance engagements. He has provided services to industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Government, Financial Services, Airline, Mining, Distribution, and Manufacturing industries. Mr. Rodriguez experience includes executing and managing IT, Operational and Compliance audit engagements for regulatory and standard compliance purposes (SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, HITRUST, ISO 2700, NIST). His experience in data governance engagements He brings value added experience in other consulting work which includes Vendor management program creation and evaluation, He is also experienced in planning, managing, and performing social engineering exercises as part of the GLBA compliance efforts for banks. Mr. Rodriguez has also provided other consulting services such as data classification, update of information security policies and procedures, and information security & privacy assessments. Mr. Rodriguez has a BBA in Accounting and a Master’s in business administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. Prior to joining GreenPoint Consulting, He was a former College professor at Universidad de Puerto Rico (Bayamon Campus), Universidad Interamericana (Recinto Metropolitano) and Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. He also worked for Deloitte & Touche, LLP and for KPMG, LLP Risk Advisory Services, Information Protection practice as a Manager in Puerto Rico. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE).

Guillermo M. Trillo is a Director in GreenPoint Consulting Group, IT Advisory Services Practice, based in Miami, Florida. Guillermo brings over 20 years of experience in information technology with an emphasis in risk management, information security, ethical hacking, data governance, business continuity, IT audit, compliance (SOX, GLBA, FISMA, BSA, AML, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, ISO and other critical regulations and standards), privacy, IT strategic planning, performance improvement engagements including business process analysis, and technical infrastructure management. His experience includes assessing, designing, and implementing information security technologies and controls, evaluating and developing business continuity and disaster recovery programs and plans, developing compliance governance programs, developing vendor management program considering cloud computing risks, developing and managing risk management programs, and developing techniques for measuring the effectiveness of enterprise-level information security programs. Guillermo has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Guillermo is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) and a platinum level member of ISACA. Prior to founding GreenPoint, Guillermo worked for KPMG LLP, Risk Advisory Services, Information Protection practice as a Manager in the U.S and Puerto Rico.
