In 1998, the Greater Oklahoma City Alumnae Panhellenic Association began its annual recognition luncheon to honor an outstanding alumna representing each member sorority. These women are referred to as the Panhellenic Women of the Year. Community and philanthropic leadership, success in their chosen careers, and dedication to their sororities are common criteria used by each group for the selection of this honor. Women of the Year are honored at a luncheon where they are introduced and celebrated. Tickets to the event are available to the public. Tables are set for ten (10) guests per table.  This is the major source of our scholarship funding at this time.

In 1998, the Greater Oklahoma City Alumnae Panhellenic Association began its annual recognition luncheon to honor an outstanding alumna representing each member sorority. The sixteen national sororities represented by the Greater OKC Alumnae Panhellenic Association honor alumnae members who symbolize the ideals of their sororities and epitomize what is best about Greek life. Our honorees each year have distinguished themselves personally and professionally through their outstanding contributions to their communities. We are grateful to our advertisers and corporate sponsors for the opportunity to promote higher education. 2023 Honorees are: Alpha Chi Omega - Cassidhe Sue Walker; Alpha Delta Pi - Amy Costner Lark; Alpha Gamma Delta - Catherine Seaton Oster; Alpha Omicron Pi - Emily Busey-Templeton; Alpha Phi - Virginia Phillips Groendyke; Chi Omega - Weneva Black Edge; Delta Delta Delta - Dr. Teresa Shavney Knapp; Delta Gamma - Cathy Haskett; Gamma Phi Beta - Athen Andrade; Kappa Alpha Theta - Penny Martin McCaleb; Kappa Delta - Lyn Stringer Hinckley; Kappa Kappa Gamma - Rebecca "Becky" Kelley Brewer; Phi Mu - Caitlin Fournier; Pi Beta Phi - Aimee Robb Harlow; Sigma Kappa - Chele Bennight Thomas; and Zeta Tau Alpha - Holly Webster Barron.
