We are excited to work with the American Heart Association to host a free grab & go style meal for your family to enjoy together at home. The caterer-prepared food box will include four servings of a healthy and delicious meal. It will also include heart health activities for you to do together. A LIMITED number of families can participate, we ask that you reserve only 1 meal per family.

Seattle Alumnae and the Church by the Side of the Road have teamed up to raise awareness of the risks of heart disease, remember those we have lost, and highlight steps we can all take to save the lives of countless loved ones and address the unequal burden of heart disease in high-risk communities.
