As a result of COVID-19, the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans has asked us to move our dates, and we are excited to announce that new dates are December 1 - 2, 2021.
The reason we’re excited about this date change is that New Orleans during the holiday season is truly special, and the Ritz-Carlton goes above and beyond with their decorations. PLUS, there are so many fun things we can do with food, fun, music, and education in December.

Cancellation policy We are offering two (2) ticket options: 1. Fully Paid, Refundable Ticket The fully paid, refundable ticket type is refundable in full through October 1, 2021 minus fees. After October 15, refunds will not be offered as we are personalizing the experience. 2. Non-refundable Installment-Payment Ticket We are offering an installment-payment ticket that allows you to pay monthly. This ticket type is non-refundable, but it is transferable, meaning you can assign the ticket to a different name until October 15, 2021. The payments are automated, and all installment payments must be paid no later than 30 business days prior to the scheduled event. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be canceled, and amounts paid-to-date are non-refundable. If the monthly payment is declined, you have 15 days to make up the payment, or the ticket will be canceled, and monies paid up until that point are non-refundable. See more in FAQs. All cancellation requests must be made via email to amy.hinote@vrmintel.com. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 45 days prior to the scheduled event.
