HR Mergers & Acquisitions Roundtable – Third Annual Conference

According to PwC, 57% of U.S.-based CEOs plan to pursue Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) in the next year[1].  Is your HR team ready to meet the challenges that come with M&A deals?

People issues proliferate the M&A lifecycle, running through strategy, due diligence, and integration.  However, 70% of business leaders say these issues get too little attention[2], leaving buy-side companies scrambling to pick up the pieces when key employees walk out the door, taking critical business knowledge and customer relationships with them.

Join us July 27 to 29 for three half-days, packed with engaging content and speakers. You’ll learn from over two dozen HR and M&A experts, including Ken Freeman (former CEO - Quest Diagnostics), Dr. Dave Ulrich (HR thought leader), Elise Vaughn (Cognizant), Mark Casady (Vestigo Ventures), Sallie Larsen (LPL Financial), Kison Patel (DealRoom), and Jeremy Segal (Progress).

Shorter days and frequent 30-minute breaks allow you to balance your professional development with your important work meetings. Stay for the fun and interactive networking sessions, so you leave with a stronger network you can leverage to enhance integration strategies, refine management tools and implement evidence-based solutions.

Over 120 attendees from 64 organizations attended the 2020 Virtual Conference, with many planning to return. Over 95% of 2019 attendees rated our event as either Excellent (77%) or Very Good (18%).  You don’t want to miss this world-class event.

This year, your conference registration also includes access to three premium roundtables, a new perk that gives you access to three exclusive roundtable sessions in 2021 and 2022. Premium roundtable topics include assessing the impact of the top management team, working with founders, and a panel covering both sides of M&A transactions.

On July 30, we will be hosting a special post-conference Women in HR M&A program. Designed exclusively by and for women in HR M&A, the program focuses on the unique strengths and challenges faced by women in HR M&A. This half-day will provide a supportive environment to share your ideas, connect with your peers, and get the resources you need to achieve your goals.

Special thanks to Gold Sponsors, Globalization Partners and TriNet, Silver Sponsors Xpand, Qualtrics, and DealRoom, and Media Sponsor the M&A Science podcast.

This conference is presented by the HR M&A Roundtable. Founded in 2017, the HR M&A Roundtable is a forum where practitioners teach practitioners how people, leadership, and culture drive M&A deal value.

Register today at www.MandARoundtable.com. Use the code EARLYBIRD before June 1 and save $100! Note all session times are in pacific standard time (PST).
