The practices of data management and revenue management in the vacation rental industry are transforming in front of our eyes. The days of setting pricing based on seasons are sadly over in the vacation rental industry. Now, in order to be profitable, property managers find themselves needing to understand comparative data, segment properties, analyze KPIs, and strategically use this information to establish rate rules and pricing strategy with a watchful eye on profitability. 

While this conference originally was set to be held in Denver, with Covid-19, we decided to move this online. As a result, we are heavily focusing on the educational components and trying to get creative with sponsorships to create value for you.
