Registration is open until COB July 19, 2019!
Registration Instructions:
1. Teen must register on Eventzilla.
2. After registration, a Child & Youth Program Coordinator will send the Teen Council Application to the email address provided during registration.
3. Attend the Teen Symposium 2019 this July 12th - 14th, 2019
4. Read and complete application and return to all Child & Youth Coordinators (return instructions & due date are included in the application).
5. Interviews will be conducted with eligible candidates at the end of July.
Teen Council Member Requirements:
* Dependent of a National Guard Service Member
* Participate in Mandatory conference calls per month (twice month)
* Perform 1 monthly individual Community Service Project in your hometown, turn in required paperwork
* Maintain at least a 2.0 G.P.A. (no F included)
* Attend quarterly statewide trainings (expenses paid)
* Must be entering 9th-12th grade
* Maintain regular contact via email and phone with staff and other TC members
* Work closely with Child & Youth Program Coordinators
