2019 WARREN JONES INTERNATIONAL YOUTH REGATTA

This event, open to the World’s best youth sailors under the age of 25 years, offers driven young sailors a pathway to reach their match racing goals on the international circuit.

The Warren Jones International Youth Regatta is run during late January/early February every year. In 2018, event organisers, Swan River Sailing, along with the support of the Warren Jones Foundation, the City of Perth and the Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club took the regatta to Perth Waters for the second time. The Regatta was the main focal point of the 2018 City of Perth Festival of Sail with the regatta being raced just meters away from Perth’s CBD and newly developed, Elizabeth Quay.

2019, the Warren Jones will be heading back to the city front again thanks to the support of Swan River Sailing, the Warren Jones Foundation, the City of Perth and, this year’s host club, Royal Perth Yacht Club.

Expressions of interest to compete in the 17th Warren Jones International Youthg Regatta are open now until the end of October 2018 and invitations to successful applicants will be sent from early October onwards.
