Raymond Brown is a passionate and dynamic speaker, facilitator and consultant who aims to engage, equip and empower others for their personal and organizational success. He holds a master’s degree in human resource development from James Madison University and is an expert trainer in the areas of personal development, organizational effectiveness, team building, and leadership. He has spent the last decade helping to build leaders and teams in Higher Education, Health Care, Collegiate Athletics, Small Business and Religious Groups. Along with partnering with organizations through his consulting company Grow to Great Consulting, he serves as an Organizational Development Consultant at the University of Virginia where he is tasked with partnering with senior leadership across the organization to set workplace engagement strategy for over 13,000+ team members. Reba Hollingsworth is a 4-time Emmy award-winning anchor and
reporter at WTVR-TV. Reba is also an entrepreneur and SWaM
certified. She is the creator and owner of the AHA Wrap.
Reba started her broadcasting career in her home state of Texas at two
small-market TV stations. In 2000, she made a big jump and began
covering news at WTVR CBS 6 where she was quickly promoted to
In 2005, Reba left CBS 6 and moved to the DC area to freelance for
WTTG, WBAL, Hearst Broadcasting and CNN Newsource where she
covered national politics. In August of 2009, Reba moved back to
Richmond to resume her former role as co-anchor of CBS 6 This
Morning. She also taught soon-to-be journalists at Virginia
Commonwealth University as an adjunct professor.
In 2018, Reba stepped out of her comfort zone and launched the AHA
Wrap. A sophisticated leg wrap for women to attach their wireless
microphones when wearing a dress. Reba designed a product for
herself---and countless other women. The AHA Wrap is sold
nationwide from her website and Amazon.
Reba is the proud mother of 10-year-old Jillian. If she’s not spending
time with her daughter, she’s involved in the community. She’s a
member of The National Association of Black Journalists, FAB
WOMEN and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Kim joined the eVA program in August 2009 bringing with her more than 11 years of marketing and communications experience in the private sector. Along with managing eVA's Outreach & Marketing efforts, one of Kim’s primary objectives is to educate businesses on the benefits of eVA and how to leverage its many tools, as well as, help businesses navigate Virginia’s purchasing process.
At age 40 with two teenagers at home, Tricia took a leap from teaching to law and began her legal career working on corporate sustainability and climate change because the delta between merely surviving and thriving is measured in how companies manage all material risks. From 2014-16, Tricia served the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board ( the "SASB") on a small team of subject matter experts that created the SASB’s two credentialing exams. Tricia holds the SASB's Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential because she helped write the tests. In 2015, after several years at a global law firm, she started Dunlap Law to satisfy her desire for greater freedom and her nerdy love for solving gnarly problems. Tricia provides counsel to a wide variety of clients on general business law, IP, licensing and contracts, and regulatory compliance. She also focuses on how businesses measure and manage non financial risks, whether that means environmental issues like climate change, social issues like human rights, or emerging legal issues such as data privacy and cyber-security.

Juliana Keeling is a 23-year-old entrepreneur who has been working in the green space for over six years. Julianna’s company, Terraviv, facilitates the sale of millions of green products and is currently a participant in the Target Incubator Program. She specializes in using her chemistry background to create products that biodegrade/compost cleanly into the soil without toxic residues. Julianna works with notable clients across many industries, such as; Universities, Correctional Facilities, and Pharmaceutical Companies.
Juliana is from Richmond, VA and recently graduated from Washington and Lee University (class of 2019).
Lynn Kirk is an award-winning writer, marketer, and public relations strategist and founder of Kirk Communications LLC, which opened in 2002. She has written for the U.S. Navy, Fortune 500s, and high-profile nonprofits, local to international in scope. As a SWaM-certified business owner, Lynn also delights in providing communications guidance for small businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.

Verniece Love has worked with the SWaM program for nine years and currently serves as the Director of SWaM Certification for the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity. In this role, she is responsible for the implementation of the Commonwealth's small business program known as SWaM. Prior to becoming the Director, she worked for the same agency (formerly known as the Department of Minority Business Enterprises) as a Certification Officer where she processed SWaM and DBE applications. Verniece received her B.S. in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University as well as her M.S. in business with a concentration in Business Analytics. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, playing flag football, and bowling.
