The Small Business Summit was created with the vision of "Helping Small Businesses Thrive." This information-packed, half-day program was designed specifically for small business owners and those responsible for bringing in sales for their organizations. Attendees will gain critical knowledge and strategies to help them grow their business. At the Small Business Summit, we believe that education is the key to small business growth. The Small Business Summit will kick-off with the main session keynote, followed by a panel discussion with small business experts who will address top issues facing small businesses today.

After the opening session, attendees will have the opportunity to join three separate 45-minute breakout sessions from a choice of seven topics where they can get up-to-date information to hone their business skills. Currently serving as Director of Operations at E-Marketing Associates, Mitch helps organizations in many industries generate more business online through social media, lead generation and eCommerce. ? Throughout his life, Mitch has always been an “early adopter,” fascinated with emerging technology. In 1997 while working in the hotel business he started using the Internet to generate revenue for the hotel where he was working. Over the course of the next 3 years he increased the revenue at his hotel by 10% by leveraging this new online channel. It was at that moment that he realized he was on to something, and in 1999 founded E-Marketing Associates. Since that time he has helped hundreds of organizations increase their revenue online. ? Mitch serves on both for profit and non-profit boards, and is a two-term past President of Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Los Angeles Chapter. ? Mitch is happily married with 2 adult children and resides in Covina, California.

Ms. Tong is the Founder/CCO of an award-winning video content and marketing company, DuckPunk Productions, Inc. She works with Small Businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies such as Nissan, Verizon, Wells Fargo, and CBS, and helps them craft a compelling story on video to drive sales. Her track record was anywhere between 70-110% sales increase for her clients. Awards she’s won include the Clio, Telly, Addy, and many more from film festivals across the country. Before DuckPunk, Ms. Tong was an Anchor/Reporter and Producer at The International Channel, one of the first satellite TV stations in the US. Besides anchoring the news, she was responsible for a daily 5-minute human interest segment where she interviewed thousands of people from all walks of life, and covered over 1200 stories during her four years on the job.

Matt is the Managing Shareholder at Eanet, PC, a boutique law firm located in Los Angeles, California specializing in business litigation, real estate litigation, labor and employment litigation, employment advice and counsel, and corporate transactions. Prior to forming Eanet, PC Matt served as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Los Angeles, where he brought over 20 trials to verdict and was selected to serve in a highly selective City Attorney civil litigation program for troubled real property. Matt began his legal career with Manatt, Phelps and Phillips, LLP, the top-tier national law firm that recruited him out of law school. Matt has been named a top attorney in the field of business and employment litigation by Super Lawyers (Southern California) for the years 2015-2019. Matt is a veteran, and was deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, the fourth highest ranking award given to brave or meritorious action in a combat zone. Matt obtained his J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law, where he served as an editor on the George Washington Law Review and graduated with honors.
