2019 Sheriffs Conference and Exhibitor Show

County Sheriffs of Colorado hosts a five-day conference in the beginning of January for all sheriffs and undersheriffs of the state of Colorado.  During our conference we hold a two-day Exhibitors’ Show for all law enforcement.  Each year our event is growing.  Law enforcement from all over the state as well as surrounding states show up to check out this show and to see what products we have. 

Vendor space is $650 for one 8x8 booth ($600 if paid for before June 30). This fee includes two representative badges, two conference bags, two attendees at the Wednesday evening reception and lunch on Thursday.  Additional representative badges are available for $50 each. 

We had such success with our vendor breakout sessions last year that we are bringing them back!  The cost to participate is $500 for a 30-minute session. 

Extra opportunities for exposer are available through our Star Trek program.  Each STAR (sheriff or undersheriff) is issued a TREK Card they need to have labeled at the booth of CSOC Honorary Business Members in order for that sheriff or undersheriff to receive an award (provided by CSOC).  We provide a unique label to each of our honorary business members for the TREK cards, and a booth sign identifying the business member’s level (gold, silver or bronze) to make it easier for the sheriffs and undersheriffs to locate these booths.  

We also have may other sponsorship opportunities available including our silent auction.  The income generated from this event is a major fundraiser for our association and your tax deductible donation(s) are vital to the organization that assists Colorado sheriffs’ offices.  Please see our complete list of sponsorship opportunities and ways to contribute.

Booths are assigned in the order registrations are received and this show sells out every year so be sure to register early!
