Steven Kroll is the Executive Director and Chief of Delmar-Bethlehem EMS in Albany County, New York. Steve has been a practicing EMS provider for more than thirty years and currently serves as the Chair of the Hudson Mohawk Valleys REMSCO. Steve is the Vice President of EMS Innovation at United Concierge Medicine and the Principal of Steve Kroll Innovations, a strategic performance improvement consultancy. Steve is the immediate past Chair of the NYS Emergency Medical Service Council. Steve holds a Master of Health Administration from Duke University and has extensive experience in health care policy and operations, having served as the Executive Director of NYSARC, New York State’s largest developmental disability service organization, a Vice President of the Healthcare Association of NYS (HANYS), and a health staffer for the United States Senate.
