Sponsor’s name, picture and/or logo will appear in any printed or online advertisements that are created (after the sponsorship commitment and payment has been made). For Sponsors:
Lunch included with each Community registration.


Sponsors must send their logo to info@genderinfinity.org before September 27, 2019, to
guarantee printing in the conference program. After September 27, logos will only be included on the website.


Sponsor promotional/marketing materials must arrive by October 11, 2019. Houston based
address will be sent upon receipt of sponsorship.


Vendor tables are not included with Sponsorship below Diamond level and can be purchased separately.
