We have held 13 lodge rooms and 3 Cottages. Must be made by Feb 1, 2019 to get the discounted rate!

Lodge Rooms are $115 per night
Cottages are $259 per night and are three bedroom sleeps 6 max

Session times and presenters are still being figured out but a quick tentative breakdown is as follows.
Cove Point is partnering up with us to do a photo contest for those who are attending the event. They will print the winning photo and it will hang in the hotel for a year, and then it will become yours. Details will be discussed on Friday night.
This event is not covered by any insurance and is attend at your own risk. Cove Point, Frozen Photographers, admins, speakers, or other members are not to be held responsible for any accednents, injurys, or other type of events.
