The 2019 Digital Futures Conference will give you the tools to coordindate multiple digital innovation efforts across your organization, a mini roadmap for effective Digital Transformation, and knowledge from legacy leaders who have undergone successful digitalization.

Step 1:  Learn about the nine elements of the Digital First maturity framework from its creator, Youngjin Yoo (Case Western Reserve University), and privately assess what areas you and your organization need to develop.

Step 2:  Attend sessions for each of the elements of the Digital First maturity framework that will meet you where your organization is currently and help you move to a higher level of maturity.

Step 3:  Take your learnings back to your organization to increase your maturity and drive digital innovation.

This event will take place October 15-16, 2019 at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

This Conference is hosted by IRI inconjunction with Case Western Reserve University. Formerly the Industrial Research Institute, IRI is home to a worldwide network of cross-industry leaders driving innovation and new growth – representing small specialty companies, large global corporations, government labs, and everyone in between. CWRU was created in 1967 through the federation of two longstanding contiguous institutions: Western Reserve University, founded in 1826 and named for its location in the Connecticut Western Reserve, and Case Institute of Technology, founded in 1880 through the endowment of Leonard Case, Jr.. Time magazine described the merger as the creation of "Cleveland's Big-Leaguer" university.
