PROGRAMME INTRO

In accordance with the Royal Aeronautical Society Heathrow Branch Rule 8.0 Article 11(d), the Branch is pleased to announce the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM): Election of Committee & Officers, Appointment of Branch President and Aeronautical Film Show to be held on Thursday, 25th April 2019, 18:15 hours at Red Triangle Theatre, British Airways HQ Waterside, London Heathrow Airport, Harmondsworth UB7 0GA.

Following the AGM, the Branch will show short videos related to aeronautical topics and/or British Airways centenary celebration.

NOTE: only RAeS Members (main society members who are affiliated to the Branch) and Branch Members (i.e. you have paid a £6 fee and are in possession of a 2018/9 membership card) may vote.

NOTE FOR REGISTRATION

Thanks for registering your attendance via our Eventzilla site.

We have streamlined our event registration process by introducing online booking platform as an alternative to email and telephone registeration for our lectures/events, as well as developing a way of tracking numbers on any lectures/events that may be oversubscribed.

When you book, please select the relevant ticket option, and the number of tickets you would like. The booking confirmation will be automatically emailed to you, and that there is currently no option for us to admit last minute registration at the door.

The application asks for both registration and attendee details - even if there is only one person on the booking, you must fill in all fields. If you are reserving more than one ticket please ensure you enter the name of all attendees so they are reflected on the attendee list.

The Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) Heathrow Branch was formed from the combined London Airport Branches of SLAET (founded in 1950) and RAeS (founded in 1955). The Branch membership principally covers Middlesex, although regular attendees also travel from neighbouring counties and from central London. The Branch meets regularly at British Airways Waterside and all members and non-members will receive a warm welcome!
