PreventionFIRST! will host our only fundraising event –
the Annual Community Awards Luncheon.
This year our theme is the "Power of Prevention – Media as Partners,” and we are excited to be recognizing the role regional media has played in substance use/misuse prevention. Our media partners are invaluable in helping us educate parents and communities about substance use/misuse and sharing the value and success of prevention efforts.
This year, we will be honoring Rick Oliver, former operations manager at Fox19 NOW, for his many years of leadership in generating public awareness about substance use prevention.
