When: Saturday February 17, 2018, 8am registration and check in, 9am weigh-in, 10am competition starts
What: Archery Tag, 40 Yd Dash, Rows, Pull Ups, Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift
Who: This event is open to everyone!
Cost: $15 per event or $70 for all the events.
Awards: Medals are given to the winners of each of the divisions for each event. The awards ceremony will take place immediately after the conclusion of each event. 
Divisions: Youth Divisions (under 18) and Adult Divisions (18 & Up) for Archery Tag, 40 Yd Dash, Rows, and Pull Ups. Men's Division: (200 lbs & Under, 201 lbs - 250 lbs, and 251 lbs & over) and Women's Division: 120 lbs & under, 121lbs - 150 lbs, and 151 lbs & over) for Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift.
Food: Food vendors will be on site with everything from protein shakes to supplements.
Vendors: Visit our vendor area featuring local businesses such as Crown Haven Center, Sit Means Sit Dog Training, Red Biolab, Muscle Gears, and Perfectly Prepped
Amenities: Showers, restrooms, lockers and child care will be available during the event

One More Gym is Kokomo, Indiana’s premiere fitness center. Our newly renovated gym, offers a fresh new look and our recently upgraded equipment makes our gym nothing short of state of the art. Amenities include: personal training, locker rooms, free weights, cardio equipment, showers, tanning beds, child care, and group classes.
