Join us for the 7th annual “Driving with Colleen“ golf outing on June 9, 2018 at Locust Hills Golf Club in Springfield, Ohio! 

You’ll enjoy 18-holes of golf at beautiful Locust Hills Golf Club, free beer, dinner, a goodie bag and shirt. Not to mention a chance to participate in a huge raffle full of awesome prizes! 

GOLFER REGISTRATION: 

$70/person ($280/team)
Includes dinner, drinks, goodie bag and shirt. 

Deadline to register is MAY 28, 2018. Late registration is $80 ($320/team) and you will not receive a shirt. 

NON-GOLFER REGISTRATION: 

$40/person and includes dinner, drinks and shirt. Deadline to register is MAY 28, 2018. Late registration is $45 and you will not receive a shirt. 


SPONSORSHIP: 

•“Event Sponsor” fee is $100, and your name or business will appear on back of the official event shirt. Deadline to sponsor the event is MAY 28, 2018.

•“Hole Sponsor” fee is $75, and your name or business name will appear on a sign at one hole on the golf course on the day of the event. Deadline to hole sponsor is JUNE 5, 2018.

If you’d just like to make a donation, we’d be grateful! We are also looking for awesome gifts and prizes for our raffle! Any amount, gift cards or other items are greatly appreciated! A little bit of help goes a long way when coping with the physical, emotional, and economical aspects of battling cancer. Colleen Cain started the “Driving with Colleen” golf outing to help fellow cancer patients during their fight with the disease. Visit http://drivingwithcolleen.org/ to donate! Proceeds from "Driving with Colleen" will be donated to the Greene Medical Foundation/Circle of Victory, an amazing foundation that helps Greene County residents who are currently fighting cancer.
