2018 Christmas Assistance Program

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  

November 3rd to Sunday, December 9th, no new application will be accepted.

Families MUST meet one or more of the following criteria:

   Applicant must be a minimum of 18 years old. Live in the State of Virginia and be able to pick up gifts on one of the dates specified at interview.                                                                                                     (gifts not picked up at specified time will be redistributed to another family) We do not provide transportation.

 Must have one child with Special Needs or being diagnosed with a Special Need between the ages of 0-15.
 Only the parent or legal guardian must apply for assistance.
  Experiencing a financial crisis or hardship.

^{We are unable to provide childcare during your application processing appointment, please arrange for someone to care for your children during your scheduled time,                                                              unless you have made prior arrangements.}                                     

Families MUST bring the following records with them to their appointment. 

Failure to do so may result in being denied assistance.

• Picture ID (proof of current address needed if not on ID) Expired ID will not be accepted.
• Proof of All Household Income: Most Current month's paystub, Benefit letter for State Aid / Social Security. 
• Birth Certificates / Legal Guardianship Letter
