Join us as we present the Third Annual Joel Cogen Lifetime Achievement Award and the Richard C. Lee Innovators Award. We are also thrilled to present the winners of this year's #LoCoolGovyouth scholarship contest. Come to enjoy a great meal and support your local government colleagues as we honor them! Before the dinner, we are holding a Reception.
This year we are excited to host the final Gubernatorial debate before the election. This will immediately follow the Annual Meeting & Dinner. It will be televised live. The debate will focus on issues of concern to towns and cities. You don't want to miss this compelling and informative event. The debate will be followed by the President's Reception at High Rollers.

CCM is the state’s largest, nonpartisan organization of municipal leaders, representing towns and cities of all sizes from all corners of the state, with 168 member municipalities. We come together for one common mission — to improve everyday life for every resident of Connecticut. We share best practices and objective research to help our local leaders govern wisely. We advocate at the state level for issues affecting local taxpayers. And we pool our buying power to negotiate more cost-effective services for our communities.
