2018 Arnold Combative Sports Registration Information

Sombo Event

REGISTER NOW!!!   Early registration ends February 28th!

CHANGE/REFUND DEADLINE: You will have until 5 pm the day after registration closes (3/3) to make any changes to your registration or to request a refund. You can do this by messaging Joe Neely at jneely@fuse.net. After this, we apologize but it is too late and any requests will be denied.

* There are no refunds given if there are not “official” matches. 

** In the event of contestants not having official matches – The participant will win their division and exhibition matches will be arranged.   If you choose not to participate in exhibition matches please let the pairings table know.

Sombo

•  Weigh-in on Saturday from 5-7 pm in UNION BALLROOM- NO early weigh-ins (you cannot weigh in with any other sport).  No weigh-ins on Sunday.

• Participants must check-in on Sunday at 10 am at the mat.  WE ARE COMPETING IN THE UNION BALLROOM – Participants will be scratched if not checked in by 10:15 am.

• Rules clinic will begin at 10:30 am

• The tournament will begin at approximately 11am

Sombo Pairing Classifications:

•  

  - SENIOR MEN: 114.5, 125.5, 136.5, 149.5, 163, 180.5, 198, 220, 220+ 

  - SENIOR WOMEN: 105.5, 114.5, 123, 132, 140, 149, 158.4, 176, 176+

• Junior weights are the same as adult men and women. Age for juniors is 17 to 20. 

                      ** Madison system will be used for all youth competitors - male and female. **
