NOTE: Many of our attendees go out to eat together at local restaurants for Friday night supper. Saturday night, for as many as can attend, we will go to our favorite restaurant, La Margarita's.

$92/night + sales tax - Seminar attendees receive this discounted rate when you call the Wingate to place your reservation. When making your reservation, ask for Robin or Rosemary and be sure to state you are attending the Soapmakers Seminar.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION: The Wingate will send you an confirmation email. It is your responsibility to check the email to insure that the proper reservations have been made. If not, contact the Wingate immediately.
Lone Star Soap & Toiletries is not responsible for hotel reservations. All hotel reservations are transactions between each seminar attendee and the Wingate.

If seminar registration cancellation becomes necessary, a full refund will be granted
ONLY IF REQUESTED BY FRIDAY, MAY 19, 2017. - NO REFUNDS will be granted AFTER THIS DATE!
If a cancellation is made after this date, the seminar notebook and goody bag will be mailed to you.
