REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Register on or before February 11 to receive the Early Bird discount of $50 per person! Registration received after February 11 will be at the rate of $60 per person. The Early Bird discount will be given at the end of the registration process and payment is secured.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS
You are welcome to register up to 50 people with one payment!  When you register multiple attendees you will be asked to enter the information for each of them, including an email address.  An order confirmation will be sent to each email address entered.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing at midstates-events@rmxreg.com. Cancellations received on or before February 11 will receive a refund less $10 service fee. Cancellations received after February 11 are not eligible for a refund, but substitution for the registration is welcome.
