How to Register for the Conference:

  1. Choose your registration type at the top of this page.  (If you are an adjunct instructor or retired instructor, please accept our discounted rate by choosing that option for your registration.)

  2. Select the number of people for whom you are completing the reservation. (The total cost should calculate automatically.)

  3. Click Register Now.

  4. Complete all required fields for both the person completing the registration and each attendee included in the transaction.

  5. Choose a payment method:  

    1. If you want to pay using a credit/debit card, please choose the CREDIT CARD option.

    2. If you want to pay by personal or institutional check, choose the CHECK option.

  6. Click Complete Reservation.  Make a note of your reservation reference number and watch your email for a confirmation.

  7. Complete payment:

    1. If you chose Credit Card, enter your card number when asked and then click to submit payment.

    2. If you chose Check, mail the check to the address on your emailed conference reservation within ten days of registration. (NOTE: if your college needs longer to process your registration, go ahead and register to reserve your lowest rate and then send the check once it is processed. There’s no need to wait to register.)

  8. Print the confirmation page, or check your email to verify that you received the confirmation email.

  9. Once your registration is complete, return to this page or the Annual Conference page on www.ncccspa.org for hotel reservation information and instructions.

Cancellation policy

Registrations can be cancelled until 14 days before the event, minus a $10 cancellation fee to cover charges assessed to us when you register.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

The North Carolina Community College Sociology and Psychology Association (NCCCSPA) was founded in 1999 to promote communication and cooperation among NC sociology and psychology faculty, to address issues and policies of interest to these disciplines, to provide opportunities for professional and career development, and to support effective teaching.
