The 19th annual ESVCP/ECVCP congress takes place in London this year, and we welcome anyone with a clinical pathology interest to join us. Highlights include Sten Westgard of westgard.com, and a session on emerging fungal diseases from the Veterinary Mycology Working group of ISHAM. Mystery cases are also returning, both interesting cases from delegates, and Carlo Masserdotti’s cytology slides that all the delegates will be able to examine themselves, and then Carlo will tell us what we could have seen. Sessions on renal disease, endocrinology, education and toxicologic pathology are among the other topics covered. The welcome reception will take place in the award-winning Lightwell café at the Royal Veterinary College. And we hope that the British weather will not be too typical, so that we can enjoy a walk along the Thames on Thursday evening before arriving at the George Inn, a medieval galleried coaching inn. You are also welcome to join us for the Congress Dinner on the Friday night. Although as we are next the Royal Albert Hall for the last week of the Prom concerts, and near Hyde Park and the Natural History, Science, and Victoria and Albert Museums there will always be something to do.
