Activities-Included in your Registration, choose from Golf or Skeet Shooting on Monday 11/6 or a $150 Spa credit available for use anytime during your stay. We will also be sharing information on other local activities such as River Walk boat trips, Restaurants, trips to other nearby areas of interest, etc.
Hotel-The La Cantera Resort & Spa offers luxury in the Heart of Texas Hill Country. "Situated atop one of the highest points in all of San Antonio where emerald fairways and sparkling pools are the only things interupting the scenic vistas." We have negotiated a discounted rate for our group of $199 per night. This rate will apply Sat. 11-4 through Wed. 11-8. Reservations must be made by October 19th--two weeks before the event. Once you complete your event registration here, you will receive a confirmation email which contains the link to make your hotel reservations. You can also find that link here or on the AHAA website.

Exhibiting- Exhibit space is available both indoors and outdoors. Indoor exhibit space includes draped six-foot table with chairs. Electric Outlets, Rear piping and drapes are available upon request. Outdoor exhibit space is available for trucks and trailers.
Registration- Select your tickets above and complete the purchase portion of your Registration. You will then receive a Confirmation Email that will include a link for you to complete your Registration. This is where you will have a chance to choose your activity (Golf, Skeet Shooting, or Spa Credit), book your hotel, etc.
