2016 Springfield Jaycees Beerfest Volunteer Registration

The 3rd Annual Springfield Jaycees Beerfest presented by LRS Web Solutions is returning on Saturday October 15, 2016 bigger and better than before!  With more craft beer and more music, you won’t want to miss this event! 

We’re diligently working to source not only great brews but rare special releases you won’t be able to find at your local grocery store. We’ll be pouring hundreds of beers by a multitude of breweries all under one roof. 

In addition to some wicked brews, we'll have music, we'll be selling pretzel necklaces, we'll be selling raffle tickets, we'll have food available to purchase from Karhliker Concessions, and as an added bonus we’ve got Cooper’s Hawk serving tastings of their wine. For those of you that prefer wine.

We are in need of volunteers age 21 and over Saturday October 15, 2016 at the Exposition Building on the IL State Fairgrounds 2561 Main St, Springfield, IL 62702.  There are two shifts available.  As a volunteer, you can look forward to an afternoon and evening of all things brewed.  Volunteers will receive a souvenir tasting glass plus 7 complimentary sample tickets. 

Additional sample tickets are available to purchase at the door and throughout Beerfest.  Proceeds of Beerfest go towards the charitable works of the Springfield Jaycees in the Springfield community.
