2016 Prevention in Schools Summit

Join other educators in attending the Prevention in Schools Summit hosted by PreventionFIRST! on Thursday, August 4th to attend a highly informative education session on the mandatory new prevention regulations.

 

Event Highlights:

·         Gain knowledge on the new state law that ow requires all public schools to educate students about the proper use of opiate prescriptions.  (House Bill 367)

·         Gain knowledge on the Every Student Succeeds Act (Title IV) and its included provisions on substance abuse prevention.

·         Connect with other prevention providers in Greater Cincinnati.

·         Understand how to integrate prevention on a daily basis in the classroom.

The 2016 Prevention Summit is open to all educators. 

 

Light breakfast and lunch is included.
