2016 NCCCSPA Annual Conference

We would like to ask your organization to consider sponsoring the 2016 NCCCSPA Annual Conference.

All sponsors will recieve:

1. A display table available during the main conference day within the conference meeting room.

2. Recognition and thanks within the conference program.

3. An opportunity to network with sociology and psychology instructors from all over the state.

We value our sponsors, and look forward to working with you.  There are several levels of sponsorship from which to choose, and each is tied to a specific portion of the three-day program.

The sponsorship options are:

1. Lunch Sponsorship (2 sponsorships available)

1. $500

2. Includes 25 minute presentation slot on Friday morning

3. Provides lunch for the group during the Thursday lunch event

2. Meeting Room Sponsorship (4 sponsorships available)

1. $500

2. Includes 25 minute presentation slot on Friday morning

3. Provides the main meeting space for the conference

3. Cocktail Hour Sponsorship (1 sponsorship available)

1. $400

2. Includes 15 minute presentation slot on Friday morning

3. Provides lunch for the group during the Thursday lunch event

4. Snack Time Sponsorship (3 sponsorships available)

1. $350

2. Includes 10 minute presentation slot on Friday morning

3. Provides lunch for the group during the Thursday lunch event

In addition to sponsorship purchases, we request that each sponsor provide three small door prizes (valued approximately $20) to add to our door prize activities.  Our attendees love this event that we scatter throughout the conference, and we appreciate your help!

How to Purchase a Sponsorship for the Conference:

1. Choose your sponsorship type at the top of this page.  

2. Select the number of sponsorships of each type that you would like to purchase.

3. Click Register Now.

4. Complete all required fields.

5. Choose a payment method:  Credit Card or Check (personal or institutional)

6. Click Complete Reservation.  Make a note of your reservation reference number and watch your email for a confirmation.

7. Complete payment:

1. If you chose Credit Card, follow the payment process through to submit payment.

2. If you chose Check, mail the check to the address on your emailed conference reservation within ten days of registration.

8. Verify that you have received your confirmation email from ncccspa1999@gmail.com through Eventzilla.  =

9.
