General Ticket Reservations (you are not a sponsor or a designer) use this registration selection. Registration includes full catered meal and participation in the evening’s auction and the raffle drawing. Register up to eight (8) individuals per visit to this site. Tables seat a maximum of eight. Contact information required for each individual attending. All tickets must be paid for at the time of order/registration by credit card (preferred) or in the form of a check. Check payments accepted but reservations will not be confirmed until payment is received (suggested: 10 business days). No cancellations or refunds. A small event processing fee will be added to registrations. Bank processing fees for credit cards will be covered by GSN.

GOOD SAMARITAN NETWORK of Hamilton County, Inc., a local nonprofit 501c3 organization, announces a NEW tradition for Hamilton County this Holiday season: the 3rd Annual Hamilton County Festival of Trees.

While the Festival of Trees idea itself is not new, it is a NEW community event for Hamilton County and will be held November 19, 6pm. The doors open at 5pm with cocktails at 5:15pm. This year’s event will take place at the beautiful Bridgewater Country Club in Carmel (3535 E 161st St, Carmel, IN 46033 – PH: (317) 867-4653).

The evening includes a dinner, a keynote speaker, and an auction of various items will be held, including exquisitely custom designed Christmas Trees, Wreaths and Table Centerpieces - hand decorated by local designers specifically as fundraising pieces. All proceeds for the evening will be directed for Good Samaritan Network’s signature Holiday Assistance program - which annually assists Hamilton County residents with Holiday food, clothing and toys and provides hot meals on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve.

 

Event Highlights/Overview:

 

Check-In/Doors open at 5pm with cocktails and Hor d’oeuvres available at 5:15pm. The evening’s event and meal starts at 6pm followed by the auction.

Formal Dress/Attire recommended.

Upon arrival individual names will be confirmed based on advance registration. Reserved name tags, assigned table seating and auction paddles will be provided.

Auction items include hand decorated custom designed themed Christmas trees, wreaths and table centerpieces among other items.  

Auction bidding will be professionally coordinated and payment for purchases will be made by credit card, check or cash at the conclusion of the evening.

Purchased Trees will be professionally delivered FREE to your local residence by Two Men and A Truck moving company the following Monday or Tuesday. 

Raffle item winners will be announced during the evening and raffle items will be available for winners to take home at the end of the evening.
