In the long and storied tradition of BARF's Rydther Rally, we are returning again to Hawthorne, NV in September.  This rally offers the opportunity to sample the very best riding in the Sierra Nevada mountains both going to and coming home from Hawthorne.  Hawthorne itself it a sleepy town in the desert that welcomes BARF every fall for great riding, fun by the pool, and drool inducing BBQ.

In addition to the epic routes over Sierra passes, this rally offers sightseeing, dirt road exploring, ghost town visiting, and an excuse to have lunch at the Whoa Nellie Deli. Whether you've done lots of traveling on a motorcycle, or this will be your first overnight trip on a bike, the Hawthorne rally is for you!

Read through the rally info, and plan accordingly.  For those that are new to the BARF rallies, please read through the below information and/or ask anyone in the Rally thread, when we release it for more info, riding groups, tips, etc...

See y'all on the road!

Dates: September 16, 17 and 18 (Fri., Sat., and Sun.)
Destination: Hawthorne, NV
Estimated 3-Day Mileage: ~800 miles

All makes welcomed.

Please note that this is not an organized or guided group-riding event. There are no officially designated leads or sweeps. This is a rally with pre-determined routes, common points-of-interest and destination for the participants. The official daily starting point and time are provided to allow the participants the greatest opportunity to enjoy the company of other BARFers and BARFettes along the way for the duration of the rally. Participants are free to band into groups of their own choosing, and at their own risk.
