Founders Emeralds

Founders Emeralds Ben and Cindy Hill are from Richmond, Virginia and are in their 30’s. They both started the business while in college. Ben attended Long Island University and Cindy attended Western Carolina University. Both of them played college volleyball. Ben is 2nd generation in the business. Cindy saw the opportunity and potential of the business and began building the business as a single while in college at age 19. Ben made his decision to build the business in earnest at age 21 after attending his very first conference. They reached Silver in 27 months. They qualified Emerald in March 2020 and Founders Emerald in September 2020. Ben and Cindy have a daughter age 11 and a son age 8. Through commitment, mentorship and mental toughness they learned that what they focused on in their life together building the business is what was going to develop and their business continues to blossom.
