  • Operate atmospheric monitoring equipment.
  • Conduct monitoring in a confined space environment.

He is a former Police Officer, he is a Tactical and Disaster Paramedic, and NFPA 1041 Fire Service Level Technical Rescue Instructor / Trainer (in several rescue disciplines). These rescue disciplines include USAR (Urban Search and Rescue), Rope Rescue, Swiftwater Rescue, Flood Rescue, Ice Rescue, River and Boat Rescue, (DEFRA & NFPA) etc. He is also a Police Tactical Trainer, Tactical Combat Casualty Care Instructor and Published Author. He is also a United Nations Disaster Response Search and Rescue Team Leader and United Nations Civil-Military Coordinator. He's the SAR Chief of Emergency Response Team Search & Rescue
