Workshop for Professionals

‘How can I respond when a parent asks ‘Have they had a good day?’’
‘Talking to the parents of children I work with doesn’t come easily to me.’
 

 

The EYFS requires practitioners to work in partnership with parents and carers.  In this workshop we will consider the role of the key worker in building relationships with the parents and carers of children they work with and why it is important they take time to do this.  We will also look at how key workers can respond to the ‘Have they been good’ question.
