ePAF Training

You will be creating ePAFs for the following faculty groups for FALL 2016:

• Adjunct faculty rehired for teaching credited hour course/s
• Permanent faculty teaching credit hour course as overload
• Permanent staff teaching credit hour course as extra duty

In preparation for ePAFs for FALL 2016, please begin to prepare your PPA form, Position and Personnel Action Form  for faculty teaching (as described above) during the fall semester.  Please bring your prepared PPA forms (no signatures needed) to the session in order to enter the new ePAFs. You may list your courses within the Justification/Comments section of the PPA form.  

*** This training is MANDATORY for those individuals who are creating ePAFs, new approvers of ePAFs or anyone who would need proxy access. 

 If you do not have ePAF user access,  you will need to Request User Access. Please make your request at least three business days prior attending the session.(You may use the link below as a guide when completing your request.)
