Submission guidelines
Abstracts
Download the abstract template, complete it, and save as a .pdf. All abstract submissions must use the template and stay within one page maximum. When submitting, please provide the title, a brief (1-2 sentence) summary of your abstract and select the appropriate category. In session duration please indicate your desired presentation format (oral or poster – if you submit a proposal for an oral and are unsuccessful your submission will be automatically considered for a poster). Please upload a pdf of your abstract conforming to the submission guidelines on the main page. Acceptance Notifications for will be sent out by May 15, 2022. Peer reviews will be double-blind.
Workshops
Workshops should be no more than 90 minutes in length. Pre-congress workshop organizers must be registered for WSCG 2022. Companies that wish to organize a Congress workshop must be an official sponsor of the Congress. When submitting please provide a summary of the workshop in the provided text box that includes takeaway skills, knowledge, or material that the participant will acquire. Any conflicts of interest must be declared during the submission process.
Proposals will be reviewed and selected by members of the Scientific Committee based on relevance to the key themes listed on the congress website, potential learning experience, and likelihood to appeal to a wide audience of attendees.
Call for Reviewers
The 2022 World Scientific Congress of Golf Committee is looking for experts to volunteer to review abstracts submitted to the 2022 World Scientific Congress of Golf. You would need to be able to review the abstracts using an online system. The online review system will be open from April 1 through April 30. To volunteer please complete the reviewer survey by March 1, 2022. Your name will be passed along to the conference committee for consideration to be a reviewer. Those selected to be a reviewer will be notified by March 15, 2022, with additional information about the review process.
