TRE Module 2: London Nov 2017

Date: 29 Nov-1 Dec 2017, 9.30-5.30pm

The workshop will cover skills to work with groups, support to deepen into the theory and practice of TRE, as well as demonstrations of interventions to assist the tremors.  The course will be very practical. Each morning and afternoon session you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. There will be lots of time for discussion and sharing of experiences. The 3 day workshop is part of the process to be accredited as a TRE Certified Provider, for the TRE Certified Provider requirements in the UK (updated Sept 2014) click here.  Module 2 will include:

Deepening of Module 1 content

Debrief of practice teaching experiences 

Review of the Areas of Awareness in the Practice of TRE® paper

Role of fascia in TRE®

TRE® basic interventions (touch and non-touch energy expanding interventions)

TRE® modifications

Working within your scope of practice, knowledge, and competency

Ethical awareness

 

The three day Module 2 workshop is only open to trainees who have completed Module 1 and are engaged in the TRE supervision process. (NB If you have completed the old Level 1 training prior to 2015 you can still attend, but contact steve.haines@mac.com)

 

Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy applies to workshops organized by The Whole Body Ltd (Including TRE London, TRE College, Body Intelligence Training courses and craniosacral post grads run by Steve Haines.) 

I can’t attend the workshop:

All deposits are non refundable. You can transfer the deposit to another course within one year of the original course.

 

I want a refund:

Please let us know through email: steve.haines@mac.com. The amount of your refund depends on how much notice you give:

- At least 30 days before the start of the event: 100% refund

- Less than 30 but at least 12 days: 75% refund

- Less than 12 days: 50% refund

- Less than 5 days, on or after the start date: Sorry, no refund

 

I want to attend the same workshop on a different date:

No problem. If there’s still space available in the workshop you want to transfer to, we’ll move you there. If no space is available, we’ll refund your registration as described above.

Other cancellations and schedule changes:

It’s unlikely to happen, but we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrolment, presenter illness, or other circumstances. If the event is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. If the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option of attending the rescheduled event or receiving a full refund. If we cancel or reschedule a workshop or other event, we won’t refund your travel, lodging, or meal expenses. We suggest you make refundable travel arrangements.

 

 

Steve Haines has been working in healthcare for over 25 years and as a bodyworker since 1998. He is the co-author of 'Cranial Intelligence' and author of the short graphic books 'Pain Is Really Strange' and 'Trauma Is Really Strange'. Understanding the science of pain and trauma has transformed his approach to healing.

He has studied Yoga, Shiatsu, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE). He is a UK registered Chiropractor and teaches TRE and Cranial work all over the world. His treatments now use education, embodied awareness and light touch to help people move more freely and be more present.
