This 5 hour workshop explores the world of physical sensation to deepen and enhance your TRE practice and relationship to the body.
We will explore what it is like to feel (and not to feel) the physicality of being alive through grounding and awareness exercises together with two shakes.
A perfect workshop for anyone practicing TRE - from those new to shaking, to Trainee and TRE Providers.
An optional 'Supervision Q&A' will be available from 9.30-11.30am for TRE Trainee Providers/Providers only.
