Saturday 21st April, 9am – 5pm
Join Helen for a day of Ashtanga and Yin yoga, philosophy, meditation, walking and nature at the beautiful Kenward Trust Centre in Yalding.
The day is aimed at those who would like to take their existing yoga practice a little deeper, and to experience a day immersed in the teachings of yoga to invite more peace, awareness and compassion into daily life.
This event is not aimed at complete beginners (apologies).
What to expect
09:00 - 09:15 : Arrival and welcome.
09:15 - 11:15 : A traditional Ashtanga primary series led class, with time to explore the full sequence, modifications, and patterns of practice.
11:15 - 11:45 : Morning break
11:45 - 13:15 : Mindful walk around the beautiful grounds (weather permitting!), with pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation
13:15 - 14:30 : Lunch break
14:30 - 15:45 : Philosophy Workshop: Exploration of the Eight Limbs of Yoga
15:45 - 17:00 : Yin Yoga practice

Price : £65 per person
Cafe : The lovely Sage and Time Cafe will be open from 11am to 3pm for refreshments. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch and snacks if you prefer.

Parking : There is plenty of parking available on site.
What to bring : Please bring a yoga mat and blanket, a note book and pen, a drink, appropriate clothing for whatever the weather offers us on the day, and yourself, just as you are! There will be plenty of spare yoga mats if required.
