To witness winter in Yellowstone is to witness nature in its most magnificent splendor.
Snow quietly falls and covers the trees and land, and we awaken to a winter wonderland to explore and photograph. Our private snow coach will take you to places where waterfalls freeze, geysers burst with light and steam, and where wildlife wanders through the valley.
INCLUDES
LODGING (5-NIGHTS) private room includes continental breakfast.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS ROUND TRIP from BZN Bozeman airport to West Yellowstone.
PRIVATE SNOW COACH (4-DAYS) to take us to locations throughout the park.
BOXED LUNCHES for days on snow coach.

PARK ADMISSION
ALL FIELD INSTRUCTION including photographing wildlife techniques, photographing winter scenes, night photography.
PROCESSING via laptop sessions during the workshop, and online critique and processing instruction after the workshop in PHOTO CAFE.
THIS WORKSHOP is limited to 6 participants to maximize your photo experience, and provide plenty of space in the snow coach.

AIRFARE to BZN Bozeman, Montana
DINNERS, ALCHOHOL, ITEMS OF PERSONAL NATURE and lunches outside of the snow coach tour days.
ITINERARY
DAY 1: JAN 29
Depart for Bozeman, MT (BZN). You should plan your flight to arrive prior to 1:00pm. If you are unable to arrive early this day, please plan to arrive the evening before, and book a room in Bozeman, MT.
Shuttle from BZN to West Yellowstone at 2:00pm
Meet & Greet 7:00pm
Welcome Dinner
DAY 2-5: JAN 30 - FEB 2
Each of our 4 private snow coach tour days, we will spend 12 hours in the park photographing many different areas around Biscuit Basin, Old Faithful, The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone: Yellowstone Falls, Hayden Valley and West Yellowstone River and plateau. Boxed lunches, water and snacks are provided so that we may spend the daylight hours capturing the magic that winter offers. We also plan to photograph the stars in the winter landscape on one night after the sun goes down.
DAY 6: FEB 3
Shuttle back to BZN for departure back home.
Shuttle departs West Yellowstone at 9:00am. Please book your flights for after 3:00pm or later. With winter travel, our airport arrival time may be delayed, so please plan your flight departure as late as possible, or plan to stay in Bozemen one night before departing.
We strongly encourage trip insurance with this workshop. Trip insurance is inexpensive, and can cover the cost of your workshop and flight in case of unforseen circumstance such as severe winter weather, illness or injury. While there are many travel insurance companies available, we use Travel Guard to secure our personal trips. Due to the nature of this workshops, full refunds are not given after 120- days prior to event regardless of weather or circumstance. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking.
Due to limited space, we can offer spouses a discounted rateof $500. We love having spouses along, but there are only enough seats to comfortably fit 6 participants and 2 instructors. Spouses are welcome, but on this workshop will be required to pay $4000 to attend.

120 DAYS PRIOR TO WORKSHOP: DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE LESS A $500 PROCESSING FEE.
AFTER SEPTEMBER 3, 2017 NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
WHILE WE WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO EXPLORE YELLOWSTONE DAILY THROUGHOUT OUR WORKSHOP, WINTER WEATHER CAN INTERFERE WITH THE SCHEDULE. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS THAT PREVENT US FROM PHOTOGRAPHING. NO REFUNDS FOR LACK OF SNOW OR WINTER CONDITIONS. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON AFTER SEPT 3, 2017. PLEASE PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE.
