Course Content:
This course targets the basics of deception, statement analysis, the use of silence and body language. It also strives to give seasoned personnel some refresher training and balance between advanced tactics,      getting back to the basics and bad habits developed over time during our career.    Components include:
*Analyzing statements during discussions or interviews.
*Integrating silence & advanced skills
*Bridging the gap & the dynamics of authority
*Facts to focus on to discover the truth
*Questions to ask to get to the truth.
*Verbal and non-verbal cues that people are lying.
*Communication structure of the liar
*Body language of deceptive people/micro expressions

Instructor:
Course instructor is Captain Joe Puckett, a 21 year veteran of law enforcement, former administrator, investigator and negotiator with extreme interest in human nature, human actions & human reactions in the interview environments. He also enjoys focusing on the concepts of silence, authority and efficiency in getting to the truth. Since 1991, he has instructed to thousands of people in many levels of public safety, criminal justice, government and even the  corporate sector. 
Mr. Puckett will share his experiences as a front line patrol                 investigator dealing with street crimes, high profile crimes, as well as his experience dealing with employee interviews and human resources issues. His instruction has been rated high in this course from a wide variety of audiences.

This course is intended for anyone dealing                   with deception issues.

Cancellation policy

As of January 1, 2012, it is our policy that any person scheduled to attend a training session must provide notice not less than 48 business hours prior to the start of the training, that he/she will not be able to attend the course.

The person which fails to provide us with 48 business hours of notice that they will not be attending will be considered a "No Show" and they or their agency will still be responsible for the tuition/cost of the training course.
